The Monkey King Feast

My friend and I tried everything on the menu -- and each dish was delicious. For me, the most memorable were: the chicken dumplings (that cinnamon-infused soy sauce is B-A-N-A-N-A-S); the scallion pancakes (we ordered a second helping of these); the duck fat fried rice (like, c'mon); and the double garlic eggplant. The service was also lovely -- as expected. And the space is beautiful, and well-appointed (lovely Le Labo lotion in the bathroom). The Monkey King will be seeing me often.
